Exchanges & Refunds

 

Where?

​

We deliver nationwide, and you will receive your order at the delivery address you provide in the order form. For international deliveries, please contact us at info@amelieandlee.com before placing the order.

​

When?

​

If the order is within the mainland territory, the delivery time will be a maximum of 7 business days, provided that the item is in stock and payment has been received. For handmade items, the delivery time will be 15 days.

​

Regarding shipments to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands, orders have a delivery time of up to 12 business days, provided that the item is in stock and payment has been received.

​

If the item is out of stock, we will indicate the approximate delivery time.

​

Orders will be shipped on the same day if placed before 2:00 PM (if the order is placed after the indicated time, it will be shipped the next day).

​

Shipments are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.

​

Amelie&Lee is not responsible for delays in order delivery due to reasons beyond our control.

​

How much?

​

Shipping costs are €6.5 for mainland Spain, €20 for the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands, and €29 for Ceuta and Melilla.

​

For orders over €150 in a single order, shipping is free for deliveries in mainland Spain. For the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, once this amount is exceeded, the shipping cost will be €10.

Returns and Size Exchanges

Preliminary considerations

​

Whenever a return is requested, the item must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging, just as it was received.

​

Before refunding the return, we must verify the good condition of the product.

​

All Amelie&Lee garments can be returned as long as they have not been used and arrive in perfect condition.

​

Returns or size exchanges for orders will be at the customer's expense.

​

Attention: Sizes are standard measurements. To ensure the correct size selection and avoid return costs, it is necessary to verify the actual measurements of the child according to the "size guide" chart.

​

Deadline

​

The deadline for any return is 7 calendar days from the arrival of the package. The return shipment must be made through our courier company. Once received and checked in good condition, we will refund the amount of the garment within a maximum of 15 days.

​

How and when will I receive my refund?

​

Once the condition of the garment has been checked and the return has been approved, you will receive the refund in the same way you made your purchase. We have a maximum of 15 business days.

​

Amelie&Lee reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the aforementioned deadline or items that are not in the same condition as they were received.

Size Exchanges

​

If you want to exchange for a different size, you must contact us through our email:

info@amelieandlee.com. Important -> the customer will be responsible for the cost of the return. You can find a detailed size guide next to each product.

​

To make a size exchange, the item you want to exchange must be in perfect condition and must not have been used. Once we have received the exchange request, the courier company will deliver the new item, and at that moment, you will have to return the item you want to exchange in its original packaging and in perfect condition, just as you received it.
